Product Description

Product Description
Application Scenarios
This series of control cables adopts high-purity stranded copper conductors, paired with PVC insulation and PVC sheath structure, featuring stable core electrical performance to meet the complex working condition requirements of industrial sites. It is widely adapted to intelligent manufacturing production lines, mining electromechanical systems, port lifting equipment and rail transit signal loops, realizing efficient transmission of control commands, monitoring data and protection signals under the AC voltage level of 450/750V. The cable supports full-spec customization from 2 to 37 cores, with neatly arranged wire cores and clear markings, which can quickly adapt to the wiring needs of various control cabinets. At the same time, it has passed authoritative domestic and international certifications such as CCC and IEC, providing a high-reliability wiring solution for industrial scenarios.

Service Characteristics
The control cable has a long-term operating temperature of up to 70°C (PVC insulation) and a maximum short-circuit temperature of 160°C. The laying ambient temperature is not lower than 0°C, and it can adapt to the wide-temperature fixed laying scenario from -40°C to 70°C. During installation, the minimum bending radius of non-armoured cables is 6 times the cable outer diameter, that of armoured/copper tape shielded cables is 12 times, and that of structured shielded cables is 6 times, adapting to the space limitations of different laying scenarios. The overall cable adopts a flame-retardant design, and the sheath layer has good oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance and anti-aging performance, which can resist chemical corrosion and mechanical wear in the industrial environment. It strictly complies with national and international production standards, and the whole-process control from raw material selection to finished product inspection ensures the electrical safety and service durability of each roll of cable.

FAQ
What is the difference between control cables and power cables?
Control cables are mainly used for control, signal and protection circuits with low voltage level, more cores and small cross-section. Power cables are mainly used for power transmission with high voltage, large cross-section and fewer cores.
What are the common core numbers of control cables?
Common specifications: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 19, 24, 37, 48, 61 cores, etc.
What is the common voltage rating of control cables?
The common voltage rating is 450/750V, and some flame-retardant and fire-resistant types also adopt this grade. 0.6/1kV is used in special occasions.
